​•CNI was founded on 1996 with the name Transformadora de Perfiles Metálicos(TPM)
AUTO INDUSTRY
​•On 1997 TPM started suppling to the automotive industry on towel bars segment for sitting applications.
​•On 1998 we got membership of the International Tube Association.

During 2000 through 2015 TPM fabricated bicycle and cargo trikes frames,form the raw components to powder coating.

Our main customer was Lear Corporation supplying our products to their plants in Argentina, Venezuela and NAFTA region plants.

Other customers that we supplied were: IAC, Emerson and GD components.
CNI SERVICES
• 2018 TPM became CNI Industries and Transformation S.A.P.I. de C.V. (CNI) focusing on sun visor tubes for the automotive industry.
​
​
•Late 2018 our corporation decided to add value to our visor tubes and took the decision to invest on an injection molding plant to overmold our tubes.
​
2019 CNI decided to incorporate stamping to our capacities.
